Our 6 Easy Steps to Success!
- Set clear start and end dates. We recommend the giving campaign last 30 to 60 days; however, you’re allowed to run your campaign for up to 90 days. This gives you 3-7 weeks of online selling, and 2 weeks for us to sort out payment methods and ship out the lightbulbs to your desired location. You choose the date in which you’ll start your campaign, the last day of all orders due, and the date of the bulb pickup.
- Fill out the Giving Campaign Registration and submit it to our online registration page at https://eeprosgives.com/sign-up. We will create your own personalized website, brochure, poster, postcards, and any letters needed for parents or steps on how to use our marketing materials. Please be sure to include your organizations Tax ID or Non-Profit 501(C)(3) ID on the application along with your organizations logo. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours that we received your application along with your website and brochure, and you will receive all your promotional material within 48 hours.
- Run your Campaign. Distribute information to your team and begin selling. We’ll provide you with a guide as well as your own sales team to assist you with anything you need. About a week before your fundraiser is scheduled to end, we will send you an email with updated sales amounts.
- Shipping takes 2 weeks to be delivered to your company. Please be sure you have an area we can drop off freight.
- Hold a lightbulb pickup day, distribute bulbs by mail, or with volunteer assistance. This makes distribution of products easy. For large orders, your sales representative will help with sorting and anything additional needed.
- Collect funds from EEPros Gives. Once your order has been dropped off, shipped or handed out, EEPros Giving Campaign will send you a check for 50% of all orders, including any shipping and handling charges minus $1.25/per order.
NOTE: There are NO upfront costs with running a fundraiser and all marketing material is free. However, the campaign is responsible for the distribution and/or delivery of all orders.
To help cover potential shipping costs, you will receive:
- All orders have a $4.75 shipping charge. Your organization will receive $3.50 of the shipping.
These are dependent upon their location to your fundraising company from the customer’s delivery address.
